NEW YORK (WABC) -- The man known as "Long Island's Favorite Magician" is under arrest and ready to be arraigned this morning. He is accused of secretly taping a mother and her two young daughters as they undressed.
Suffolk County police say Robert Infantino offered the mom and her two girls, ages 10and 14 a "free photo shoot."
One of the victims reportedly noticed a camera hidden in a box in the dressing room.
Infantino was arrested at his home on three counts of unlawful surveillance.
